During my Christmas stay, I really liked that the hotel provided free parking near the hotel. It was a great bonus and made it convenient for us to explore the city without having to worry about parking our car. the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. They were always ready to assist us with any questions or requests we had, making us feel welcome and well taken care of. Lastly, the hotel's central location was a major advantage. It allowed us to easily walk to all the main attractions and restaurants in the city.
the room we stayed in had a damp smell, which was not pleasant. It made the overall experience less enjoyable.

The hotel gave me a free pass to move around the city, but of course, I didn't use it because who wants to explore restricted areas and park for free? So much more fun to pay for parking. Also, the team of multilingual staff was happy to share local knowledge and tourist information that I never asked for.
Who needs a roundtrip airport shuttle, bar, and conference space? So inconvenient.

Nice staff.
Tv not working properly. Internet wifi free, but only available in the lobby/lounge and first floor. Spotted towels. Noisy (could hear all people talking when I was in my room - people in other rooms, in the corridors, at the lounge).

Free Wi-Fi. Perfect location: two steps from the center, ten minutes walk from the railway station. Good italian cafe near.
No hairdryer. It is cold in the rooms in the winter.

Albergo Ariosto is a simple hotel - and this fact is really charming! You do have the feeling of every-day italy there. The employees are very nice and helpful. Check-in und -out was really easy. Rooms are functional and very clean! Breakfast is basic, coffee is good. I liked the fact, that most of the guests were italian - speaks for it's favour :)
disposable plastic plates and cutlery for breakfast

The staff was super friendly and helped us plan our fun-filled days in Reggio Emilia. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from the vibrant nightlife and trendy bars. We also loved that we could surf the web and share our adventures with our friends back home. It was the ultimate teenage getaway!
The only thing we wished for was a cool rooftop terrace or a lounge area where we could hang out and have some fun parties with our friends. It would have made our stay at Hotel Ariosto even more unforgettable!

The check-in and check-out were supa easy, fam. We had plenty of time to chill and get ready for our adventures. Plus, the staff was hella friendly and always had our back. The hotel's location was on fleek, right in the city center, so we could hit up all the lit places like Piazza della Vittoria and the dope park nearby. We even had free parking, which made it mad convenient.
The only thing we wish was better for young party-goers like us was if the hotel had a sick rooftop bar or a lit nightclub in-house. It would have been perfect to turn up with our squad and dance the night away without having to leave the hotel.

The staff was extremely friendly and organized special things, like a softer matrass and were always available for questions. Very friendly, very helpful. Also, the hotel has good room rates, for a 2 star, it was really good and more than one could expect.
Unfortunately there were also some things which were a little unpleasant, like for example, I always had almost cold (cold to mildly warm) water in the shower in the morning. I could live with it since the ouside temperatures were warm and I stayed there only a week, but it was slightly unpleasant.
